BERMUDEZ & ASSOCIATES is a duly registered partnership composed of qualified, experienced and competent team of Certified Public Accountants with the primary purpose of rendering professional services in the field of accountancy, audit and taxation, including business advisory services. Our partners have the expertise and are duly accredited by the Board of Accountancy (BOA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) to render the mentioned professional services.

GIL C. BERMUDEZ,
Managing Partner
Gil is a graduate of San Beda College with more than 30 years professional experience in the field of accountancy, audit and taxation. He has worked as Chief Accountant and Comptroller for several prominent companies during the earlier part of his career. Gil was in public practice as a solo practitioner for 20 years before he founded Bermudez and Associates. In addition to being Senior Managing Partner at Bermudez and Associates, he is External Auditor and Tax & Accounting advisor to several corporate businesses. He is duly accredited by the Board of Accountancy (BOA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) to practice public accountancy. Gil is a Rotarian and served as president of the Rotary Club of Makati Northwest for RY 2010-2011. He is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant (PICPA).
CASSANDRA IVANA F. BERMUDEZ,
Senior Partner
Cassandra Ivana was a consistent honor student during her school days. She graduated Cum Laude at the University of the East – Manila. She was a Tan Yan Kee Scholar, a scholarship awarded by the Tan Yan Kee foundation to selected and deserving students. She passed the board exam in October 2014 with an impressive grade of 86%. She gained her experience in auditing from one of the country’s top auditing firms. Cassandra Ivana is currently serving as External Auditor and Accounting & Tax Consultant to various companies. She is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant (PICPA).
DAREN S. PADILLA
Partner
Daren graduated as a Magna Cum Laude at Far Eastern University – Manila. He started his career as an external auditor in one of the top auditing firms in the country which handles complex engagements with various companies in different industries. His core competencies are financial audit, accounting principles and policies, income tax preparation, financial reporting, business process reviews and due diligence. He is a member of Philippine Institute of Certified Accountant (PICPA) and Institute of Internal Auditors – Philippines (IIA).

Shirlie Mae graduated Cum Laude at the University of the East – Manila. Shirlie Mae was a brilliant student who earned a spot on the Dean's List consistently, and was able to pursue her higher education through College and University Scholarships. She gained her auditing experience from a top-notch auditing firm in the country. Shirlie is currently gaining expertise in retail internal and systems audit from one of Asia's leading retail company, to keep abreast with the emerging needs of the industry. She is a member of Philippine Institute of Certified Accountant ICPA) and Institute of Internal Auditors – Philippines (IIA).
ALFRED D. COMPETENTE,
Partner
Alfred graduated at University of the East Manila. He gained his auditing and advisory skills from one of the top auditing firms in the Philippines while attending programs hosted by the Philippine Stock Exchange and University of Santo Tomas, enhancing his capital market knowledge and passed the certification exam. Currently, Alfred is gaining his capital market expertise at Securities and Exchange Commission.
RHAENIER M. DELA CRUZ,

With 3 years experience of providing audit and other financial reporting services in various industries such as oil, retail, manufacturing, and construction; Rhaenier is knowledgeable in business process reviews, analytical procedures, risk management and audit reporting. He graduated from University of the East in year 2014 and passed the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination in the same year.
JERARD S. CABLE,

Jerard is highly experienced in providing tax health check at various industries. He also, has experience in IT audit. Jerard graduated from University of the East, and received recognition for academic excellence for S.Y. 2010-2011. He passed the board exam in October 2014. He is a member of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
